RETURNS

We hope you love your party pack and get ongoing use out of the fun items inside. 

However we do understand that sometimes you change your mind, or the party must be postponed or cancelled, we are happy to exchange or refund any un-open boxes within 7 days of delivery. Please send us an email with a photo of your box to accounts@littlepartypacks.com and we will confirm your exchange. 

Unfortunately, for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns on any boxes that have been opened or used. 

If you have a faulty item in your box (wow, how embarrassing!) please send us a photo of the faulty item and we will swiftly sort that right out.
